Cheryl Kirking

Cheryl Kirking tickles the funny bones and tugs at the heart strings of audiences nationwide through her Ripples Unlimited? Keynotes, Concerts and Workshops. She bases her life and ministry on 1 Peter 4:10 "As each has received a gift, use it for one as good stewards of God's varied grace." (NIV) Weaving her unique blend of original songs, home-spun humor and touching personal anecdotes, Cheryl is a popular Keynote speaker for women's, church and business groups, she is available for seminars, retreats and concerts. A gifted worship leader, Cheryl regularly leads worship. Her warm personable style makes her a favorite for women's events.

Cheryl is the author of five books including: Ripples of Joy (Waterbrook Press); the Christmas book, All is Calm, All is Bright (Revell); Teacher, You're an A+; and her new book just for moms, Crayons in the Dryer: Misadventures and Unexpected Blessings of Motherhood. She is a frequent contributor to the best-selling Chicken Soup for the Soul series, the Stories for the Heart series and numerous other books.

A songwriter and recording artist, she has recorded six albums of original songs on the Mill Pond Record label, but considers her 15-year-old triplets her greatest production! They inspire her writing, and also sparked her interest in studying personality types as she saw their distinct personalities. As a Certified Personality Trainer, Cheryl help others improve their relationships and gain a better understanding of themselves. She is a contributing author to the personality book, Getting Along With Almost Anybody, by Florence and Marita Littauer.

Cheryl is a frequent radio talk show guest and has appeared on the television show Life Today. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Gospel Music Association and is listed in "Who's Who in Professional Speaking" She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with graduate studies in Counseling. She has worked professionally in children's ministry and lay ministry, and draws upon her background in teaching, public relations and psychology to enhance her fast-paced, uplifting presentations. She grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, and enjoys small town life with her husband of eighteen years and children.
