Karen H. Whiting

A creative person with creative solutions- that's Karen! She challenges listeners to tap into talents and discover how to make life easier and more exciting.

After graduating from college, Karen married Jim, a Coast Guard Officer. Even as they have moved and lived around the US, while raising five children, Karen found time to begin a career in writing.

An established author of eight books for families and children, Karen writes to creatively connect people to God. Her articles have appeared in dozens of magazines, including Focus on the Family, Today's Christian Woman, Christian Parenting Today, Parent Life, Reminisce, and more!

Karen has been named Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in the World, and Professional Speaker's Network's member of the year award. She has received the Mabel Meadow Staats Writers Award, and Writer of the Year from American Christian Writer's South Florida conference.

Karen has been a guest on numerous radio shows and hosted the Miami educational television series Puppets on Parade.

Can also be done as a two or three day retreat.)

As the wife of a Coast Guard officer for 22 years who switched to a career traveling in commercial business for the past decade, Karen shares lots of anecdotes and tested advice.
