Pamala
Kennedy
Pamala
Kennedy is a delightfully entertaining Bible
teacher, writer, and international conference
speaker. But that's not all - she's a radio disc
jockey, and was Mrs. California 1997. But Pamala's
is no storybook life. She shares honestly the good,
bad, and sometimes painful experiences as a mother
of three grown children, "Mimi" to four
grandchildren, and caretaker for a loved one with a
terminal illness. Pamala is a seasoned CLASS
speaker and author. Of Cherokee descent, Pamala is
a minister's daughter and served as a pastor's wife
for more than 25 years. She brings a unique behind
the scenes perspective to all her presentations.
Pamala
is a graduated of Rogers State University. Her
degree in communications, with an emphasis in radio
and television, makes her an excellent choice as a
motivational conference speaker in a business or
professional environment, or a retreat or
conference setting. Pamala also completed an
internship at the local ABC television affiliate in
Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has recently appeared on a
number of international television broadcasts
including LifeToday with James and Betty Robison.
Pamala
is the author of two books with more on the way.
Her first, Where Have All the Lovers Gone?
was published in 1991 by Campus Crusade (Here's
Life Publishers). Her second book, Suffering in
Slow Motion was released in 2003 by Regal
Books. Her most recent project, Dancing in the
Desert is expected to be released in the near
future. Pamala writes a regular
newsletter.
Pamala
has a long line of community service ranging from
leading the effort to develop a city-wide pastor's
wives prayer and support system, being an advocate
of breast cancer awareness while she served as Mrs.
California 1997-98, and serving on her local Arts
& Humanities Council.
"So
be truly glad! There is wonderful joy ahead, even
though it is necessary for you to endure many
trials for a while" (1 Peter 1:6
NLT).

presentations:
Dancing
in the Desert
This series is ideal for a weekend retreat and
focuses on the choices we must make when faced with
desert experiences in life. Desert experiences are
not optional - but dancing is. Pamala shares from
the depth of her experience and offers "dancing
lessons" for life's deserts.
(Up to four 45 minute sessions)
Dare
to Be Real
In our desire to be inspirational, we sometimes
conceal truth about pain in our lives. In this
session Pamala shares material from her book,
Suffering in Slow Motion. She takes the risk to
share first-hand heartache and genuine hope from
her own life experiences. She challenges her
listeners to dare to be real and to discover for
themselves that God doesn't waste pain, but uses it
to comfort others as He comforts us.
(Up to four 45 minute sessions)
Walking
with God
Intimacy with God is our deepest human need. Many
try to fill this need with other things, only to
feel more emptiness. God longs for His creation to
experience this sweet communion as it was intended
from the beginning of time. He is calling you -
will you respond?
(Up to three 45 minute sessions)
Friends
Do you have real friends? Want more? Want better,
deeper relationships? Learn about the journey into
covenant friendships and the cost of
commitment.
God
Is Always Up to Something!
We say we want to know God's will and get with it!
But are we really ready for God to move in our
lives and give us "The Promised Land"? What steps
can we take to make sure we are spiritually ready
to be a part of God's plan? He has one, that's
certain. He's always had one!
