In an intimate setting with only eight attendees, Marita Littauer, Florence Littauer and Tammy Bennett (author of Looking Good from the Inside Out) will listen to your message and, together with your peers, will give honest feedback. Each attendee will have a private session with Florence focusing on areas of improvement that may range from voice, content, and stage presence to personal concerns or spiritual issues -- whatever she perceives is your area of greatest need. Each person will also get a private image consultation and "stage" makeover with Tammy. Meanwhile Marita works with the group to create a "professional persona" for each person, including, if needed, a ministry name, a theme verse, a power statement, and a logo. While the creative process may be a starting place for some attendees, others keep the finished product and base their future ministries upon it. A surprise benefit is "the mealtime." Because Upper CLASS is held in a private home, the setting is conducive to an intimacy few ever experience even with their personal friends. Upper CLASS attendees and staff eat nine meals together. Many feel that the education gleamed from the interaction around the table is worth the registration fee rather than the icing on the cake. The three days spent with like-minded peers and honest professionals in an environment that encourages creativity will move your speaking forward like no book or mass training can do. Second Day, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Private individual sessions with Florence, plus personal clothing, color, hairstyle and make-up sessions with Tammy. Final Day, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Business session to review speaking fees, contracts, promotional materials, marketing, taxes, etc. Great time of networking with staff and participants. Travel and lodging details will be provided in your registration packet. Cost: $1250, for three days of personal counseling, training, marketing ideas, analysis of printed materials, wardrobe and makeup consultation and mentoring with Florence Littauer and her staff.
